§ 11-49. Violations and penalties.

Any person in violation of any of the sections of this chapter shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $100. Each day that such violation continues after the time for correction of the violation given in an order shall constitute a separate violation subject to a fine not to exceed $100 per day.
