§ 13-4. Residential waste collection and transport.

(a)
Class VII (household hazardous waste) shall not be disposed of at the DMIAAB facility. Such materials may be disposed of at times and at locations as may be scheduled and announced by municipal and regional organizations.

(b)
Class V (bulky waste not suitable for clean burning) disposal at the DMIAAB facility shall be limited to an annual total of five cubic yards per household. Class V solid waste in excess of five yards shall be governed by the provisions of § 13-10.
