§ 16-100. Remedies not exclusive; jurisdiction not exclusive.

The remedies listed in this article are not exclusive of any other remedies available under any applicable federal, state or local law and it is within the discretion of the First Selectman to seek cumulative remedies. Compliance with the provisions of this article shall not be construed to deprive any other state, federal or municipal official or agency of jurisdiction over matters within their authority or to eliminate the requirement that permits or licenses be obtained from any relevant official or agency.
